Learn more on dxc.com Roles and Responsibility: Accountable for the successful delivery of HR operational activities within the business, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across functions. Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. Support HR operations projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, including documentation, testing, and implementation of updated workflows. Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and DOLE, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required reports and compliance documentation. Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation. Stay current on HR best practices, industry trends, HR technologies, and labor law updates, applying insights to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Administer employee benefits and support end-to-end benefits processing, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and issue resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in HR operations or benefits administration. Experience coordinating with government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE), particularly in preparing and submitting required statutory reports. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information. Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and MS Office tools (especially Excel). Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance requirements is a plus. Requirements
