Under the general supervision of the Deputy Division Chief for HR Operations (HROPS) and the Team Lead for PeopleSoft Operations and Dual Systems Administration, the HR Information Systems Analyst provides operational support for HR information systems, including PeopleSoft and Workday. The role focuses on transaction processing, data entry, system monitoring, exception handling, and end-user support, following clearly established procedures and controls. The incumbent supports the stability, accuracy, and timeliness of HR data and assists with system maintenance, testing activities, documentation, and user support. This position is well suited for an individual with strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and interest in HR systems operations.
