The Talent Management Operations Specialist is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources, operations, and HR technology. In this role, you’ll help support the processes and programs that power the employee experience across onboarding, learning, talent initiatives, and day-to-day operations. This is more than just an administrative support role — it’s an opportunity to learn how HR operations function at scale while contributing ideas that improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and enhance the employee experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience with operational processes, reporting, process improvement, and emerging tools including AI and automation technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, operations, or other experience that demonstrates organization and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in HR operations, process improvement, and creating efficient ways of working
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, including AI and automation tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Help support key HR and talent operations processes, including onboarding coordination, workflow tracking, employee support, and program administration
  • Partner with teammates across HR and the business to help ensure a smooth and positive employee experience
  • Assist with documenting processes, updating procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Use reporting and operational data to help identify trends, solve problems, and support process improvements
  • Explore innovative tools and technologies — including AI and automation solutions — to help streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
  • Support project work and operational initiatives that help improve how talent programs are delivered
  • Respond to employee and stakeholder questions with professionalism, responsiveness, and a customer-first mindset
  • Learn and grow within a collaborative team environment that encourages curiosity, continuous improvement, and development
