Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with leaders, vendors, employees, and the management team.
  • Experience with HR systems and processes and working with HR/functional leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to design MS Excel spreadsheets and conduct tests.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate status regularly with management and functional leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and Rival Workflow (former SilkRoad Onboarding).
  • Expertise in MS Excel for combining exports, designing reports, and verifying test results.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting systems in the HR/IS-IT arena.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, setting up, testing, and deploying customized onboarding events and tasks based on employee characteristics.
  • Providing recommendations for event/task content and schedule improvements.
  • Conducting independent analysis, researching solutions, and executing resolution steps to address client issues.
  • Designing and deploying custom electronic forms using product-provided form builders and MS Excel.
  • Managing product teams, conducting security access reviews, and preparing custom email notifications.
  • Monitoring and assigning tasks for custom onboarding events.
  • Designing, testing, and deploying custom reports and portal changes.
  • Documenting, submitting, and obtaining approvals for system changes.
  • Monitoring system upgrades and managing detailed project schedules.
  • Preparing custom uploads for various activities and conducting end-user training.
  • Responding to level 2 incidents and participating in vendor community groups.
