About The Position

A healthcare organization is seeking an HR Onboarding & Recruiting Lead to manage onboarding operations, oversee recruiting efforts, and lead a team to meet hiring goals efficiently and compliantly.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting and onboarding experience
  • 1–2 years of leadership or team management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, and workflow tools
  • Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or homecare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Supervise and support HR Coordinators and recruiting staff
  • Lead training, coaching, and performance management for team members
  • Ensure all onboarding processes meet regulatory and company standards
  • Track onboarding progress including exams, orientation, and compliance steps
  • Maintain accurate data in systems such as Smartsheets and ATS platforms
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and optimize hiring strategies
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring with business needs
