About The Position
A healthcare organization is seeking an HR Onboarding & Recruiting Lead to manage onboarding operations, oversee recruiting efforts, and lead a team to meet hiring goals efficiently and compliantly.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting and onboarding experience
- 1–2 years of leadership or team management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and workflow tools
- Ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or homecare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of recruiting and onboarding processes
- Supervise and support HR Coordinators and recruiting staff
- Lead training, coaching, and performance management for team members
- Ensure all onboarding processes meet regulatory and company standards
- Track onboarding progress including exams, orientation, and compliance steps
- Maintain accurate data in systems such as Smartsheets and ATS platforms
- Analyze recruiting metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring with business needs
