As an HR Coordinator, you’ll help shape one of the most important moments in an employee’s experience: how they are welcomed into the organization. You’ll guide new employees through the onboarding journey, keep people and processes connected, and make sure each person has the information, resources, access, and support needed to begin their role with confidence. This is a role for someone who understands that onboarding is more than paperwork and checklists. You’ll build connections across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Training, Technology, and program teams, anticipate obstacles, follow through on important details, and help create a thoughtful, responsive experience. By preparing employees to succeed from day one, you’ll strengthen the workforce that supports youth, families, and communities every day. The HR Coordinator coordinates the administrative execution of HR function with a focus on new employee onboarding and readiness. The position manages schedules, handoffs, documentation tracking, orientation logistics, communications, system access requests, and completion follow through. Human Resources retains ownership of employment policy, employment decisions, required employee records, and Human Resources content. Program and Training leaders retain ownership of program and learning content. This position has no direct reports.
