About The Position

We are looking for a Full -Time HR & Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably with experience in a New Jersey -based company. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage HR functions, support employee relations, and ensure the smooth operation of our office. About Us: Concreteworks East is a dynamic and growing manufacturing company based in East Brunswick, NJ. With a team of 30 -40 dedicated employees, we specialize in producing high -quality concrete products. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a New Jersey -based company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software (ADP Workforce, ADP Run, Or Heartland) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Oversee day -to -day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
