The Human Resources Manager is a hands-on HR leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of Human Resources operations across a multi-state and global workforce. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role oversees HR operations, employee relations, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, benefits, leave management, compliance, workforce support, and process improvement. The HR Manager partners closely with leaders, employees, and vendors to ensure effective HR service delivery, strengthen operational consistency, support compliance, and improve the employee experience across all locations.
