We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager, NALA to lead and manage our HR functions while serving as a key link between the HR department and local team members. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws, driving organizational growth through effective HR strategies, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As part of this role, you will also act as the HR Relay for local team members, coordinating and overseeing HR processes with precision and accountability.
