About The Position

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager who wants more than policies and paperwork. This is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to leaders, influence business decisions, solve complex employee challenges, and help create a workplace where people can do their best work. You'll support three growing businesses: Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, Manitowoc Pattern & Machining, and All American 1930 Consumer Products. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoy coaching leaders, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves on the production floor, we'd love to meet you. Every day is different—but your impact will be clear. At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, we don't believe HR belongs behind a desk. We believe HR should be on the plant floor, partnering with leaders, building relationships, solving problems, and helping people succeed. When you join our team, you'll have a seat at the table. Your ideas will matter, your expertise will be valued, and your work will have a direct impact on our employees, our leaders, and the future of our business. We're proud of what we make—but we're even prouder of the people who make it happen. If you're looking for an HR role where you can influence change, develop leaders, and make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and help us continue building a workplace where great people—and great leaders—thrive.
