Shangri-La is a rapidly expanding cannabis organization operating retail dispensaries, cultivation facilities, manufacturing operations, and corporate support functions across multiple states. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced and resourceful HR Manager to help support our people, strengthen our processes, and build the infrastructure needed for long-term growth. This is not a traditional HR role focused solely on administration. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, improving processes, and partnering with leaders to drive business results. The HR Manager will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees across multiple states and business units. This position will work closely with operations leaders, department directors, and executive leadership to ensure our HR practices remain compliant, scalable, and employee-focused.
