About The Position

We’re looking for a HR Manager who doesn’t just manage people, but builds the culture that helps them thrive. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how we hire, grow, and retain talent across a fast-moving, global company. You’ll ensure our systems are strong, our policies are practical, and our people feel supported without slowing down the pace that defines us.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Strong track record of building HR policies and systems from the ground up
  • Experience working across different cultures and geographies
  • Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both employees and leadership
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and at an execution level
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

  • Multi-country experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and build the overall people and culture strategy across all regions
  • Create and implement HR policies that are practical, scalable, and aligned with how the company operates
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple jurisdictions
  • Design onboarding experiences that set employees up for success from day one
  • Lead performance management frameworks that are clear, fair, and growth-focused
  • Run exit processes and translate insights into meaningful retention improvements
  • Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and compensation structures across markets
  • Oversee visa processes and global mobility requirements
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organizational design, team structure, and scaling decisions
  • Guide and oversee recruitment to ensure hiring is efficient and aligned with business goals
  • Build a strong internal culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex people-related matters
