This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting organizational growth through effective people management practices. The HR Manager will partner with company leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure efficient HR operations across the organization. The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the CFO and provides guidance and support to managers and employees on all human resource matters.
