We are a rapidly growing manufacturing/production company seeking a hands-on, bilingual HR Manager who is ready to build, shape, and lead HR as we scale. Requirements

• 10+ years HR Generalist experience, including 5+ years in a senior or manager role
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven success managing HR for ~100 employees
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Hands-on generalist experience across recruiting, training, investigations, compliance, safety, and communication
• Deep knowledge of current labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR for a 100+ and growing employee environment
• Manage recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding
• Develop training programs and employee development pathways
• Partner with production leadership on safety initiatives and compliance
• Handle employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, county, and city employment laws
• Build culture, communication, and engagement programs
• Create HR reports using strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Maintain accurate personnel files and documentation
• Coordinate employee recognition and company-wide events
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and leadership
