About The Position

As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner and operational leader responsible for helping Logan Services attract, develop, engage, and retain exceptional talent. You will oversee key HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, benefits administration, compliance, compensation, and employee engagement while partnering closely with leaders across the organization to support growth and organizational success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting multi-department operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
  • Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, or field service organizations.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience leading recruiting functions and high-volume hiring efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-performing field, office, leadership, and management talent.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen employee performance, leadership effectiveness, accountability, and team development.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, coaching conversations, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee benefits administration, leave management, compliance programs, and HR policies while ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices while proactively mitigating risk.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that create consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization.
