About The Position

Manages HR operations for multiple locations. Functions as a strategic business partner. Serves as the primary point-of-contact for on-site leaders and employees. Collaborates with HR business partners and other HR areas to provide expertise and guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • Five (5) years of human resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience leading human resources functions and/or large-scale projects.
  • Human Resources experience in business partner, employee relations, and recruiting areas.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters on recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to attract top talent for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support managers in employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, inform decision-making, and prepare reports for management.
  • Work closely with department heads, HR, and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to assess workforce needs, designing programs that address skill gaps, and ensuring the successful implementation and evaluation of these initiatives.
