We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on HR Manager, US & Global HR Business Partner for Sales to help scale a high-growth, global AI software company. This is a dual-impact role. First, you will serve as the primary People lead for our US-based employees across all functions. Second, you will act as the global HR Business Partner for our Sales organization, supporting leaders and teams across the US, UK, Europe, and APAC. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational HR judgment with business partnership, talent acquisition, coaching, and organizational scaling experience. You will support every stage of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to manager development, performance management, employee relations, culture, and compliance.
