About The Position

As our HR Business Partner, you will be the heartbeat of our people operations and the bridge between leadership strategy and employee experience. Reporting directly to the VP, People Success, you will lead the charge in fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring our foundational HR processes are flawless.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or Manager-level role.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations, including workplace investigations.
  • High level of understanding of payroll cycles, tax compliance, and benefits management.
  • Experience designing or executing performance review and Goal-setting cycles.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and provide push-back when necessary.
  • Excited by AI and has used AI-driven solutions in smart ways.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching managers to navigate tough conversations, build better teams, and grow their leadership skills.
  • Owning formal leadership development at all levels of the organization, from needs analysis to program design and rollout.
  • Leading annual rollout of Job Effectiveness Plans (JEPs) and performance review cycles.
  • Analyzing people data to present insights on turnover, engagement, and culture to inform business decisions.
  • Contributing to the Talent Review process, identifying high-potential employees and ensuring a robust internal pipeline.
  • Owning employee engagement surveys and designing action plans to address them.
  • Acting as the voice of our culture through Town Halls and internal announcements.
  • Handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and conducting investigations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Owning the health and safety program and annual policies review process, and overseeing compliance training completion.
  • Leading and growing the HR Generalist, providing guidance and helping them develop their HR advisor experience.
  • Providing oversight to ensure benefits and payroll are compliant, competitive, and functioning correctly.
