Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 Years of HR experience required
• Team management experience required
• Technology savvy
• Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership roles

Nice To Haves

• SHRM certified desired
• Experience working at a mid-sized company highly preferred
• Previous experience in an engineering company is a plus
• Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus
• Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a team: 1 office administrator and 3 HR team members
• Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: Onboarding, Offboarding, Leave Management, Ticket system, Offer letters, Investigations
