About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a HR Manager Logistics and Warehousing on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in hands-on HR leadership for shift-based logistics operations. You will take responsibility for work that connects employee relations, workforce planning and labour law, while ensuring that manager coaching and health and safety collaboration receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The people function combines employee experience, reliable judgement, usable processes and respect for sensitive information.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering hands-on HR leadership for shift-based logistics operations in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations and workforce planning.
• Practical experience applying labour law and manager coaching.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving health and safety collaboration.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from warehousing, transport or high-volume operations.
• Exposure to HR metrics in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
