About The Position

Fresno State is hiring a Human Resources Manager for Labor & Employee Relations. This is a highly visible role on Fresno State’s HR leadership team, serving as a trusted advisor to campus leaders and a key partner to union representatives. You’ll lead work across collective bargaining agreement administration, labor relations, grievances, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution. We’re looking for an experienced Labor/Employee Relations professional who enjoys navigating complex workplace issues, building strong relationships, and developing practical solutions.
