About The Position

As an HR partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support strategic initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you'll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement. You'll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract, develop, engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in addition to 5+ years of experience in progressive HR, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Excellent consulting, coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities.
  • Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Business acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) advantageous.
  • Additional language skills valued.
  • Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred.
