Michels Corporation is seeking an HR Manager - Compliance to ensure the company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This role is responsible for assuring regulations and laws are implemented within policies, procedures, and standards; leading education and training on regulations; and providing counsel on regulatory matters. The HR Manager - Compliance will oversee the administration and implementation of the Corporate Compliance program, EEO initiatives, and international immigration, while following established protocols and regulatory compliance. Critical for success will be the ability to embody the corporate culture in all interactions and demonstrate professionalism and excellence in customer service.
