About The Position

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a high energy, employee focused, hands-on bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team located in Tulsa, OK. Successful candidates will be dependable, approachable, capable of handling a broad range of HR responsibilities with minimal supervision, and fluent in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of HR experience demonstrating a progression of responsibility is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Fluent in both English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing, industrial, and/or multi-location experience highly preferred
• HR Certification is advantageous
• Experience with Safety and/or Worker's Compensation claim management is preferred
• Practical, critical thinking, and ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable working directly with employees at all levels of the organization
• Helping build a positive workplace culture

Responsibilities

• Manage employee life-cycle processes (onboarding through offboarding)
• Assist employees with benefit-related questions
• Manage employee relations including investigations, progressive discipline, performance management and conflict resolution
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with safety personnel regarding workers’ compensation and leave administration
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
• Support training and employee development initiatives
• Mentor and train HR Assistants and junior personnel as appropriate
