About The Position

This position is responsible for all general HR duties as well as managing our recruiting program. Join the most exciting team in town! The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) is a powerhouse destination for some of the largest events in the country. Every day brings something new with hundreds of events throughout the year and annual events such as the Big Ten Football Championship game, FDIC International, Gen Con, Indiana Black Expo, Indiana Comic Con, National FFA, and PRI.

Responsibilities

Manages Recruiting process including ongoing implementation with ADP, posting, & tracking of process to report to Sr.HR Manager
Assists & Trains Managers on ETime, reporting, auditing & P&L payroll processing
Direct supervisor for HR Generalist/Recruiter
Processes paperwork for new hires
Assists with orientation for new hires
Distributes disciplinary letters for union employees
Assist in processing FMLA
Manages unemployment claims
Assists in HR investigations
Enter/Verify payroll items, process/verify Salary & Bi-Weekly Payroll
Process retirement payments & run payroll reports
Process benefit billings for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, EAP & EPL
Assists with annual budget for HR department
Assists with EEOC cases & lawsuits
Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager/Sr.Operations Manager
