Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent work experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or learning program development.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning) and intermediate skills in training authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.)
  • Experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple formats, including instructor-led training, webinars, and digital learning.
  • Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, and instructional design models, such as ADDIE and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM and AICC)
  • Excel required

Nice To Haves

  • Continuous Training & Design Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Facilitating training sessions, workshops, or virtual learning programs.
  • Using AI tools to support learning design, content creation, or training development.
  • Supporting HRIS or LMS implementations, preferably Workday.
  • Experience working in multi-division organizations, including corporate, operational, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop learning solutions (ILT, webinars, eLearning, job aids, and blended programs).
  • Translate complex content into structured learning experiences; partner with SMEs to validate accuracy.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to build scenarios and assessments.
  • Coordinate onsite training logistics and facilitate sessions as needed.
  • Use AI tools to speed development and improve learning design and production.
  • Administer the LMS, including course setup/testing, assignments, access, and troubleshooting.
  • Publish and maintain SCORM content; ensure quality navigation and readiness for launches and compliance deadlines.
  • Manage compliance training and assignments across Manufacturing, Corporate, and Restaurant & Retail.
  • Monitor completion, flag gaps/risks, and partner with HR/leaders to maintain accurate records.
  • Produce reports and dashboards on completion, participation, engagement, and compliance (Excel required).
  • Analyze learning data and recommend improvements to programs and learner engagement.
  • Administer LinkedIn Learning (availability, communications, reporting, and engagement).
  • Support Alchemy initiatives and partner with HR/IT on LMS enhancements, integrations, and improvements.
  • Support Workday training readiness; create and maintain training materials, job aids, and resources.
  • Configure learning systems and course assignments and coordinate stakeholders/logistics for Workday rollout activities.
