Responsibilities

  • Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packets, organizing orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and helping new hires settle in.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records, filing HR documents, and assisting with report generation.
  • Respond to employee inquirier, help address basic employee concerns, and escalate more complex issues to HR management as needed.
  • Assist with other HR Functions, including recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, creating and posting job ads, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR Department and overall business operations.
