Job Summary : The Human Resources Intern will be involved in and contribute to a variety of Human Resources functions and projects related to our clients and overall business. The HR Intern will be responsible for helping to create Handbooks, Job Descriptions, Market Salary Research, Employment Law Research, Recruiting and many other HR related tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or has completed a Bachelor's degree program is preferred but not required.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to flex and multi-task.

Nice To Haves

  • One to two years of experience in an office environment or recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities
