About The Position

Be the voice of HR. The problem-solver employees count on. We’re looking for a detail-driven, people-focused HR Helpdesk Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions. In this role, you’ll keep our HR operations running smoothly by managing inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring every employee has a positive experience when they need help most. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and helping others navigate HR processes—this could be the perfect fit.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources OR
  • 1–3 years of HR, HR administration, or related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using a helpdesk or ticketing system
  • Customer service or employee-facing support experience
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the HR helpdesk ticketing system daily
  • Review, categorize, and prioritize incoming HR inquiries
  • Respond to routine HR and policy-related questions with accuracy and professionalism
  • Route or escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate HR team members
  • Ensure timely responses and meet established service level expectations (SLAs)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all inquiries and resolutions
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and standard responses
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed
