About The Position

Overview We are seeking a HR Generalist for the Dallas Market sometimes referred to as a Human Resources Generalist. The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas for all Dallas market locations, including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. Qualifications and Education:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field, preferred
  • 3. 5 years experience in a Human Resources; with two years of this experience being in healthcare preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Familiar with Joint Commission standards, state and ferderal labor laws, human resource practices, preferred

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or equivalent experience preferred
