About The Position

Overview We are seeking a HR Generalist for the Dallas Market sometimes referred to as a Human Resources Generalist. The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas for all Dallas market locations, including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines. Qualifications and Education:

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field, preferred
3. 5 years experience in a Human Resources; with two years of this experience being in healthcare preferred
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.
Familiar with Joint Commission standards, state and ferderal labor laws, human resource practices, preferred

Nice To Haves

PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or equivalent experience preferred
