About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive HR support across Tailored Management’s global footprint, including offices in the United States, Philippines, India, and Costa Rica. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to execute and advise on core HR programs, policies, and processes that drive business success and a strong employee experience. This role is ideal for a proactive, well-rounded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both strategic and operational work, and is comfortable managing cross-functional and global initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience supporting 200+ employees in a for-profit environment
  • Broad HR experience across employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, and HR systems
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle HR functions and projects independently
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Effective conflict resolution, problem-solving, and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite

  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert (SME), overseeing system administration, data integrity, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records across global offices
  • Manage HR reporting and analyze key metrics to support leadership decision-making
  • Lead pre-boarding and onboarding processes for U.S. and global hires
  • Partner with leaders to design onboarding plans and conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins
  • Manage the HR service inbox, ensuring timely responses and SLA adherence
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, investigations, and terminations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws
  • Manage leave of absence processes including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation
  • Support and implement talent management, performance management, and engagement initiatives
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and exit interviews, delivering actionable insights
  • Develop and deliver HR trainings and presentations
  • Support the planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Assist in updating and communicating company policies to enhance engagement and retention
  • May supervise one (1) HR intern, including coaching, feedback, and development
