Requirements

  • Background in Human Resources, leadership, or supervisory roles
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating complex situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust, remain objective, and support employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture

  • Experience with onboarding, employee support, or administrative processes

Responsibilities

  • Lead a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience and ensure accurate I-9 processing
  • Run and analyze attendance reports to support workforce planning
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Support employee engagement efforts and help strengthen company culture
  • Assist with training, development, and talent-pipeline initiatives
  • Partner with HR leadership on projects that improve processes and employee experience
