About The Position

We’re looking for an approachable and collaborative HR Generalist to be the primary HR partner at our manufacturing plant. In this role, you’ll work side by side with the Plant Manager and leadership team to support employees, drive engagement, and promote a positive workplace culture. You’ll make an impact by leading recruitment and onboarding, coaching leaders on communication and performance, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws, and partnering with EHS to promote a safety-first culture. You’ll also support payroll, timekeeping, and employee programs that improve retention and overall experience. The ideal candidate is someone who leads with influence—not an iron fist. You’re approachable, solutions-oriented, and able to build trust across all levels of the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years HR generalist experience
• Knowledge of HR laws
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
