The HR Generalist is responsible for assisting the Vice President with recruiting, onboarding, payroll functions, personnel files, and administrative work. The role must have an understanding of multiple HR disciplines, recruiting, payroll, performance management, employee benefits, policies and procedures, administration, and regulatory compliance.
