Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing
  • Reconcile monthly benefit statements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
