About The Position

The Night Shift Deserves a Champion. Could It Be You? When most offices go dark, our plants are just hitting their stride. Our 2nd and 3rd shift teams make the food products our customers count on, and they deserve an HR partner who is right there with them. We're looking for a bilingual (English / Spanish) HR Generalist who loves being on the floor more than behind a desk. Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
• 2+ years in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role, ideally in manufacturing, food, or warehousing
• Experience delivering safety training and keeping solid records
• Comfort with timekeeping, payroll exceptions, and the basics of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, I-9, and OSHA
• Calm, fair judgment when conversations get tough
• Availability to work 2nd and 3rd shift hours (schedule of 3:00 - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - Midnight)

Nice To Haves

• Certified forklift trainer (or ready to become one within 90 days, we'll help)
• OSHA 10/30, SHRM-CP, or PHR
• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Background in an SQF, BRC, or GMP food environment
• A degree in HR or business, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead safety training in English and Spanish so every teammate goes home the way they came in.
• Run forklift and powered industrial truck certification, from classroom to hands-on evaluation.
• Onboard new hires and agency temps with a welcome that sets them up to succeed and stick around.
• Help supervisors and leads coach, develop, and cross-train their teams using our League development framework.
• Reconcile 2nd and 3rd shift timecards and solve pay questions before they become frustrations.
• Handle employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and respect, and help leaders apply standards consistently.
