Serve as main point of contact for HR related questions or concerns Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner Field HR inbox daily to answer employee inquiries and/or forward to appropriate individual Coordinate full lifecycle recruitment for warehouse staff Manage temporary staffing needs, reconciling all timecards, invoices and generate reports as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support performance review processes and documentation Partner with supervisors on coaching and development plans Facilitate new hire onboarding process Review and provide approval for all Midway GA timecards for bi-weekly payroll processing; Work closely with management and employees to improve interdepartmental relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR support for OSHA, operational sustainability, and social compliance initiatives.
