About The Position

Allia Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations & Onboarding Lead. This position plays a critical role in overseeing onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and workforce analytics across a multi-company code organization. This role focuses on quality assurance, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring accurate data, strong onboarding experiences, and reduced compliance risk. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact the efficiency and integrity of our people operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience in a multi-entity environment
Strong expertise with ADP Workforce Now including onboarding, reporting, and audits
Experience supporting compliance reporting such as EEOC
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP

Responsibilities

Oversee and support end-to-end onboarding within ADP Workforce Now across multiple company codes
Evaluate and improve onboarding workflows, communications, and system processes
Serve as escalation point for onboarding issues and resolve challenges efficiently
Conduct regular audits of employee data across all company codes in ADP Workforce Now
Review PTO policies, demographic data, compliance fields, and organizational structure
Identify data gaps and trends in collaboration with People Operations leadership
Develop and run reports related to onboarding, data integrity, and workforce trends
Track metrics including onboarding completion, time-to-onboard, and early turnover
Support compliance reporting including EEOC and other required audits
Maintain HR policies and documentation within ADP Workforce Now
Ensure proper assignment and tracking of policy acknowledgements
