We are looking for an HR Generalist to support team members from our head office and showroom population. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational HR support to employees and people leaders across the full employee lifecycle. You are a well-rounded HR professional who is passionate about the employee experience and knows how to balance the needs of the business and the needs of the people. As we build our business and grow the number of employees, you will support the delivery of HR programs, policies and processes related to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, as well as the day-to-day HR operations. We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and dive in, a true generalist who is innovative, passionate, and eager to grow. This position is being hired on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month term, with the possibility of renewal, to provide coverage for an employee who is currently on leave.
