The HR Generalist plays a hands-on role supporting our rapidly growing corporate organization. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions across the employee lifecycle while helping build scalable people processes that support continued growth. The ideal candidate for this role is curious, proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can both execute day-to-day HR activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or similar HR support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, or performance management.
  • Working knowledge of employment practices, HR processes, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with managers and employees by providing responsive, practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters.
  • Support leaders through the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition throughout the recruiting process by coordinating interviews, supporting candidate experience, and helping ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate and deliver a seamless onboarding experience, including pre-employment activities, new hire orientation, first-day readiness, and manager follow-up.
  • Support employee relations matters through intake, documentation, fact gathering, and partnership with HR leadership to ensure timely and consistent resolution.
  • Coach managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices while escalating complex issues as appropriate.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating timelines, preparing documentation, and assisting leaders with process-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, reports, and data within the HRIS while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Ensure HR processes are completed accurately, consistently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline administrative work, and build scalable practices that support a growing organization.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, communications, recognition programs, and other activities that enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate HR meetings, prepare presentations and materials, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • Balance multiple priorities while providing exceptional service to leaders and employees in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
