Reports to the Manager of Human Resources. Responsible for day-to-day administration of human resources policies, procedures, practices, and programs as well as human resources consultancy covering areas such as safety, change management, workforce planning, productivity analysis, compensation, benefits, HCM/HRIS data entry and maintenance, job descriptions, performance management, research, etc. Provides highest level of customer service to co-workers and departmental leaders as it relates to human resources activities. Works under limited supervision. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with OSUMC's mission, vision and C.A.R.E. values and Service Standards.
