The HR Generalist is a key contributor within People Operations, focused on compliance, process creation, documentation accuracy, and scalable HR systems. This role directly supports multi-state employment practices and ensures consistent execution of HR processes across all current and future Veterinary United locations. We are seeking an analytical, process-driven HR Generalist with demonstrated experience supporting multi-state, multi-unit organizations. This role requires someone who understands the complexity of managing compliance and HR systems across multiple locations and regulatory environments and someone with ample benefits experience.
