Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will oversee and maintain all administrative aspects of new hire onboarding and ongoing personnel file maintenance, work in conjunction with the Operations Team on conflict resolution and performance management, as well as manage all ‘Culture Initiatives’ in alignment with our company values – Empowerment, Transparency, Respect, Honesty, Integrity and Accountability. Job Class: Salaried, Exempt Employee CORE FUNCTIONS: Reviews, tracks, and documents onboarding documentation as well as disciplinary documentation, change forms and separation forms for employee personnel files. Assists with M & A as it relates to preparing ‘Welcome Packets’ and onboarding personnel with Controller Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications Oversee and manage employee engagement statistics as well as turnover rates for employees with tenure, 60 days (voluntary terminations that are a within our control such as leaving for more money, unhappiness in any capacity, etc) Quarterly bonus incentive program based on employee engagement, Stay Interviews, and Turnover rates for employees with tenure, 60 days of employment NPI Score as part of quarterly bonus incentive program (not activated yet) Quarterly goals, as mentioned above, will be generated based on historical data and benchmark statistics that relate to turnover within our control. Goal setting will not encompass involuntary terminations based on performance, retirements or relocations. Implements and oversees Culture Initiatives (examples below). Collaborate with TAS- -Halloween Costume contest / pumpkin carving contest -National “Ice cream day” ice cream delivery -Rewards & Recognition -Christmas in July or a mid-year company-wide event Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs?including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, when requested. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains anniversary and birthday initiatives / sends birthday cards in mail Oversees the Annual Review process and calendar Oversees the Team Building Event calendar & National Celebration calendar Oversees and manages Community social platform including but not limited to rewards and recognition, team building event updates, company contests, National Celebrations, etc
