About The Position

Spreetail is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day employee-facing HR support across its fulfillment center network. This role involves partnering directly with frontline leaders to ensure consistent process execution, managing employee relations, supporting performance management, and executing critical compliance operations on-site. The ideal candidate is a structured, detail-oriented HR professional experienced in fast-paced, high-volume hourly environments.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume hourly environment.
Working knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, standard compliance requirements, and performance management processes.
Experience working with HRIS, timekeeping platforms, and reporting tools to manage workforce data.
Strong professional communication skills with a proven ability to coach frontline managers and build trust with hourly employees.
Exceptional attention to detail regarding documentation quality, with the sound judgment needed to balance multiple site priorities and manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for frontline team members; triage, document, and resolve low-to-mid complexity workplace matters with strict confidentiality.
Partner with site leadership to execute hourly performance review cycles and ensure all corrective action documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with policy.
Step in as a tactical backup for onboarding logistics and timesheet management when Operations Excellence or Coordinator coverage is unavailable.
Coordinate offboarding, transfers, and status changes while maintaining flawless data accuracy within the HRIS and tracking compliance workflows.
Design and execute site-wide engagement activities, recognition programs, morale events, and employee communications to build a strong workplace culture.
Provide recurring people metrics reporting—including turnover, attendance, and review completion trends—to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Support payroll, leave of absence, and time-off escalations, ensuring swift, fair, and consistent resolution times.
