About The Position

The Doctors Clinic is seeking an HR Generalist to provide support to the Director of Human Resources, Physicians, Managers, and employees. This role manages day-to-day HR tasks with a primary focus on benefit administration, managing various types of leave, and overseeing the HRIS and timekeeping systems. The Doctors Clinic has a reputation for providing excellent healthcare and is a physician-owned multi-specialty group with multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• Experience in HR.
• Strong focus and experience in benefits and leave administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Paycom).
• Deep understanding of ACA, FMLA, and COBRA regulations.
