About The Position

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve/enhance work environment issues through learning and development, communications, and teambuilding to educate and engage employees; guiding business leaders on effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution; leading the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders to promote positive employee relations.

Requirements

  • Associates in human resource, Business, or related work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resource generalist or equivalent position.
  • Prior experience performing recruitment and selection

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with all Human Resource policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions to improve and enhance the work environment.
  • Assists with identifying & administering rewards and recognition strategies.
  • Participates in the analysis and preparation of the annual employee survey action plan.
  • Assists in providing benefits information to new & current employees regarding available benefits & enrollment & assists with benefits administration.
  • Ensures that Personnel Files are accurately & effectively maintained.
