About The Position

The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources activities, including recruiting, employee experience, HR operations, and compliance. This role partners with employees and managers to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to key initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and process improvements. It offers broad exposure across HR functions and serves as a foundation for growth within the field. The role also involves getting involved in real employee situations, learning how HR supports both people and the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area.
  • Minimum of three years experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and support the hiring process end-to-end
  • Learn how to identify talent and partner with hiring managers
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Be a go-to resource for employee questions on benefits, policies, and processes
  • Maintain HR data, reports, and organizational information
  • Support monthly reporting and tracking of key HR metrics
  • Work on projects like improving HR processes, updating policies, or exploring new tools
  • Research and bring ideas on how we can make HR more efficient and employee-friendly
  • Help coordinate performance review cycles and bonus processes
  • Get involved in real employee situations, learning how HR supports both people and the business
  • Perform other duties as assigned
