About The Position
Peerless Chain, North America’s largest chain maker with over 100 years of history, is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and deliver a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience or equivalent Education/Training/Experience
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and people skills
Nice To Haves
- HR certification preferred
- Payroll, Employee Engagement or union experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS
- Assist with benefits, recruiting, and onboarding and backup payroll.
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide employee support
