Requirements

Self-starter and self-motivated with attention to detail
3 – 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur and general PC knowledge

Nice To Haves

HR Certification preferred (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
Expertise in Paycom HR and Payroll system beneficial

Responsibilities

Administration, clerical support and orientation for new employees.
Assist and work with staffing firms to fill temp-to-hire positions and direct hire positions.
Maintain departmental records.
Assist with benefit enrollments and changes for new and current employees.
Assist with FMLA, leaves of absence paperwork and administration.
Implementation and coordination of employee events such as annual business meeting, employee lunches, culture building initiatives, contests, etc.
