Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time HR Generalist. Summary of position: An HR Generalist typically undertakes a broad range of HR-related responsibilities rather than specializing in one line of work. This role covers most HR functions, including and not limited to full cycle recruitment, training and development, employee engagement and relations, performance, compensation, and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college; and
5 years of progressive Human Resource experience
Valid state driver’s license in good standing
Ability to read, write, and understand detailed instructions and correspondence in English
Comfortable speaking clearly and professionally to groups
Basic math skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions, and introductory algebra
Strong problem‑solving skills; able to work with limited guidelines and interpret written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions
Working knowledge of: Internet applications Adobe Illustrator ADP Payroll ID badge software Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook

Responsibilities

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Stays current on Federal, State, and Industry employment law, compliance and best practices.
Follows up on department emails and phone messages.
Driving is a requirement of this role to visit various locations.
